Joshua Harold Wiebe is a PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto’s Cinema Studies Institute. He co-runs the Marx & Critique reading group, and his dissertation is on labour and Marx.

“Rip it Off and Start Again: Remix in the Creative Industries from TV Commercials to AI” by Alessandro Delfanti

Alessandro Delfanti is an associate professor at the University of Toronto, where he researches the politics of digital technology. He is the author of The Warehouse: Workers and Robots at Amazon.
